Ida K. Therapy is named for my beloved grandmother, Ida Klein. Grandma Ida’s presence and confident wisdom left a lasting imprint on who I am and how I practice.
Through her life, she taught me about resilience, compassion, and the importance of finding and trusting one’s voice—especially during difficult seasons. She modeled strength with warmth and steadiness, showing that growth often happens through patience, reflection, and care.
Grandma Ida’s lessons continue to guide my clinical work and inspire my commitment to walking alongside others as they develop insight, resilience, and a voice that feels grounded, authentic, and their own.
